971-557523583 is what shows on caller ID.  I realize this number is longer than standard digits, but it is the number that appears on caller ID. This has been occurring with more frequency. I have received about 20 calls with these types of numbers at 1 through 3am EST. It was answered once, There is a foreign individual at the other end who wished to engage in a scam. I am on do not call list.
