Who called from 9715881426

This # calls my cell phone for the past 7 or 8 days at least 9 times a day, sometimes more. When I call back it says the # is not in service.

just got phone call number for the umpteen time.  they never say anything.

Get phone calls from this number all the time.  When i call back the number is not in service.  What is this?

Two calls today one at 10:45 the other at 2:45
caller Id says oregon call - white pages reverse
# has no info on 9715881426.

Have also received calls from Colorado same mo.

THIS NUMBER IS FROM WEB SERVICES. IT IS AN ATTEMPT TO GET YOU SIGNED UP FOR AN AT HOME BUSINESS.  I HAVE BEEN GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER FOR OVER A WEEK NOW AND WHEN SOMEONE WAS ON THE LINE, I REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES TO BE REMOVED FROM THEIR CALLING LIST TO NO AVAIL!  THEY HAVE CALLED ME 5 TIMES IN A 2 HOUR PERIOD AND UP TO 7 TIMES OR MORE EVERYDAY. THE LAST TIME THEY CALLED ME TODAY, I IMMEDIATELY ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND WAS TOLD QUITE POLITELY, "SURE, HOLD ON" THEN I WAS RUDELY HUNG UP ON.
