A lot of background noise and she was practically yelling asking to speak to Mr. or Mrs. xxx.  I terminated the call.  I hope their butt grows together,

Screaming a-hole demands to speak about hvac.  Really? You think im going to hire some white supremacist moron over the phone?  (that who do most of the crap hvac work in north texas. Convicted felons they can't work elsewhere.  So maybe the should come to you house?
