Keep getting calls with 196,156 and 173 prefixes. Never seen prefixes like these. Answered n2 different calls from some guy named Billy with 196 and 173 prefix. Keep rejecting calls now but want to know if anyone else is getting these 2 or 3 times a day.

They are fictitious (spoofed) numbers as area codes and telephone exchanges cannot start with a 0 or 1. Do not answer callers you do not recognize, never call them back and get a call blocker and use it.
