I gotten several calls from them recently. They leave messages. I'm pretty sure it's the "Health Insurance Marketplace", reminding you that the deadline for purchasing health insurance is upcoming. I wonder why the caller ID is blank.
This number calls me over and over in the past few months, sometimes as often as every hour. Never leaves messages or idenitifies self or company. Call back is never answered. I only use this cell for emergencies. It interrupts my work as a health care worker. Totally unethical! Mulitple attempts to block it has been unsucessful.......................
