Patriot Payment Group is a registered ISO/MSP of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., located in Walnut Creek, California. The number is carried by Teleport Communications Dallas. They are located at : 12100 Ford Rd, Dallas, TX 75234 and are also located at : 501 Carroll Blvd Denton, TX 76201. Caller ID showed up as Patriot Payment. Reporting the phone calls to the AG's Office in Dallas, the AG's Office in Cali, as well as to the FCC.gov, and the BBB.
I've repeatedly gotten calls from this number over and over again. They always simple ask to speak with the owner. I've told them several times that unless there is a number where the owner can call them, she will never be in to take their call, as she is a busy lady. The telemarketer often simply hangs up without responding to me, or sometimes they call and I can hear other telemarketers in the background talking, and I have to say "Hello?" three of four times before they ask for the owner. These are some of the worst telemarketers out there. They are doing a terrible job and not following the rules. I have since left a message asking to remove our phone number from their list. We'll see what happens.

An agent from PPG, Vanessa, calls us daily and asks for someone who is not here. Each day, I offer to take a message. Each day, she says she cannot leave a message. Today, I finally told her that we're not interested in doing business with any company that we will not be able to call. Since her company obviously does not accept incoming calls from us, we feel the same way about her. She hung up. I fully expect she will call again tomorrow.
