who would you get ahold to find out if this was a scam or if its real find out if the irs does think you did do fraud

You don't need to get ahold of anyone. If the IRS wants to contact you they'll do it...BY MAIL! If they actually think you're a fraud, a Federal Agent will be paying you a visit & he will NOT be calling you first!
