+1 (972) 220-8187 Civil complaint to call the 855-999-8042 Chris from Dallas Tx. Scam call.

I got the same Voicemail message left on my cell phone as the others posted from 2016.  The caller was named "Chris" and the number was 972-220-8187 and is located in Texas.  It was some sort of location services and there is possible civil action against me.  It seems they are starting again this year.  Darn Scammers
