This company called me and left a message that they were "investigating and insurance claim." I have no such claim going on so I checked it out and found this. They are misrepresenting themselves as insurance investigators - very tricky and underhanded.
This is my third call from someone who wants to settle a claim for a certain person that I do not know. We happen to have the same last name. He said the claim was about to pay out on his vehicle. I told hime I didn't know this person and told the other two I did not know him either. He said this guy was using my address, and I would get more calls.
This company calls me so many time for a claim about my bmw, I have a good standing account with my bank and dont own them anything, make them stop calling me harrasing me and my boss.
This company is about to be sued for harassment they are actually listed as one of the most wanted criminals in Texas because of the way they operate their business. They have been calling me repeatedly for the past 3 months about a truck that I am supposed to be hiding along with my mother and sister. I have no idea where anything like this comes from and I have asked that they stop calling they will not and they even have threatened me with jail time told me my whole family is criminals and constant harassing. They are ruthless, but my suggestion with this company is to fight back with the law. I work in a law office and have been researching and so you will need to fight fire with fire(the law) Please look at www.creditinfocenter.com when you have a minute it will show you which laws and rights you may use without contacting an attorney if you cannot afford one. Also if after following these steps they continue to call you may file a formal suit against them for harassment.
They have been calling me repeatedly for the past 3 months about my brothers truck that I am supposed to be hiding along with my mother and sister. Itold them to stop calling because the phone belonged to my 11 yr old they told me I was lying and that my information is recorded (which it is in my name because he is a minor.) I have no idea where anything like this comes from because I have never had the truck in my possession. On Saturday, March 8th for the third time I received a call from this number. The person asked for a lawyer with the same name as my husband's. I told them they had the wrong number. On Monday, they called back looking for a name that could be associated with my family. I told them there was no one by that name living here and I did not know the person. They called today and said they were looking for that person. They gave my address and said this person drives a Mercedes and they have been looking for him. They even gave another name of a family member (My husband's ex-wife) and said the person they were looking for gave my husband as his father and my husband's ex-wife (divorced 16 years already) as his mother. The caller told me that I would be receiving other calls because this guy is wanted and has given my address and phone number. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?
