If you have AT &T bundle you should be able to set up your account online and block numbers there.  You might also be able to do tat with your phone.

I am getting soliciting calls all day during work hours on my personal phone

Received call 02/11/16 at 3P EST. Caller ID showed David Grubbs, they were already blocked in Nov. 2015 when calls came in from the same number with no Caller ID info. Our Call Blocker Unit cuts a previously Blacklisted calsl of after the 1st ring. The name is possibly "spoofed" since there are many David Grubbs living in Texas.

No message left. Blocked the number

Calls everyday multiple times and today twice (at 4:00 p.m.  Very annoying "grubby" robo call.  Over and over and over again.
