These guys are unbelievable - literally! I bought into a lease and a well as a tax shield with hopes of cash flow. Bill Griffith made huge promises even after the first well produced well below promises. The second well supposedly collapsed due to driller / supplier issues. Supposedly Chestnut has a Wells Fargo insurance policy to cover. 6 months later and no results , only claims by Chestnut that Wells is stonewalling. I have asked for investor list so we can all talk about solutions. Chestnut denied this info. I now get posts that they have suckered another group into a well and it sounds like they are having issues with drilling but as usual promises of great returns. They cannot call you enough when soliciting but disappear when you want answers. PUT YOUR MONEY IN CDs!

Frustrated. post a contact. I believe I am in the same funds as you. I have tried to get any info from CNUT but am totally stonewalled. They claim Wells Fargo has the insurance on the flawed well and will not pay up. Have asked to receive names of other investors with zero response from CNUT. Would like to talk to the group without Plummer or Griffith. Am now getting bills for losses on Cherokee gas well.... [email protected]
