I received two more follow-up calls from the same number and answered the third attempt. The person calling informed me that her "Director" is interested in my resume and wanted to setup a meeting for a brief interview. I was never informed of the name of the company until I asked for the company's name, which TOP. I went ahead and setup an interview and would do some background checking later.
Below is the email I received to confirm the interview:
"Dear Bob,
This message is to confirm the meeting you scheduled with us at 10:00 AM on Monday, 8/11/2014. If there is a problem with this schedule or the directions please let us know as soon as possible. Dress is business casual or professional. Please bring a hard copy of your resume with you.
We are located in the Lincoln Centre on the southeast corner of 635 and the North Dallas Tollway directly across 635 from the Galleria shopping mall. We are on the 12th floor of Building Two which has visitor parking directly in front of the building entrance. Building Two is located next to the Hilton Hotel.

As you can see, even the email is vague about purpose of the interview and Amber's last name is missing. My BS meter is fully in the brown zone.
After doing some research it appears the main number changes frequently. Other numbers that have been used are 972-759-0076, 972-386-6133, and 214-926-5874. The principal person involved goes by the name, Larry Spradling and is one of the "Directors" that you would most likely meet with for your interview. As you can imagine, trying to research a company named "TOP" is difficult to research, which I believe is by design.
I would recommend staying away from this company if you are interested in talking with a recruiter. They are not recruiters, but trying to sell you a service. There are many reputable recruiters in the Dallas area and TOP is not one of them.
