Whomever is doing this needs to receive HEAVY FINES and have all telephone services terminated permanently, effective immediately, and they need to be somehow BANNED from EVER having telephone service of any kind EVER AGAIN.

Lion's club have been around for generations. They do charitable work. Jaycees standf Junior Chamber of Commerce. They are the ones who often put on circusses for needy children.
Don't pay attention to names you don't recognize. Some of the people who call for charitable donations and civic causes such as the symphony use names that may or may not belong to the caller. I don't know why they keep dong it, no one wants to be bothered these days.
