Called at 11:43 a.m. on Saturday. Call went to voice mail. No message. This call came exactly 3 minutes after a call from 972-479-5221, also shown as "Irving, TX." And yesterday afternoon a similar call came from 972-253-5102. All three show "Irving, TX" which is local for me. They are very likely all from the same operation.
It's probable that this caller is logging what time calls are answered and what time they're not. Then if suddenly there is no answer at times when answers are expected, you probably go onto a list that is sold to someone who profits from having and using such knowledge. Or perhaps this a "vertically integrated" organization that collects AND uses the info. Either way, it makes sense to not answer, ever.
[Yawn!] Another call from the 972-253- prefix. They seem to have highjacked a dozen or more numbers from one of our Irving TX exchanges. I don't answer, they don't leave a message. More stupidity from the robodialling community.
