So this caller started out as 972-253-7919, then 972-253-7803, 972-253-7501 and 972-253-7609. Every time I block one of their numbers, they go with another from their phone bank. From what I can tell from the posts re: these numbers, it's the Lions Club. I understand the need for persistence when it comes to fundraising, however there's a limit to what's reasonable. You'd think that when they reach a phone number that's been blocked, that they would get the hint and remove it from their list. Plus, I don't know anyone named UNAVAILABLE or PRIVATE, so those calls never get answered. If they call multiple times and don't leave a message, they get blocked. What a pain.
Calls, leaves no message. In essence, it's harassment when this type of thing occurs. It won't help to pick up and tell them to stop. The best thing to do is call and report the calls, which is what I'm going to do.
