At first I thought that it was one of these "Predictive dial systems."
I answered too quickly and got nothing but dead air. I suspect from above comments it is from the "Microsoft Network Trouble Team". The one that tries to get you to install software. I always tell him that he has become a problem that Guido from Palermo, Italy will solve. Then he usually hangs up.
