Daniel Waite and his company Stock Market 101 will contact public companies listed on the OTC Markets and will promise the following services (see below) but delivers NOTHING once he gets paid either via cash or stock. Communication with Daniel Waite was regular up until funds were wired to his account or stock was delivered to his broker. Once he received payment, there was no further sign of him. We have left messages on his voice mail, email messages, text messages and, on one occasion he said that his father had died (but there was nothing in the obituaries section that could verify his story). Another time, he texted back and scheduled a phone call, but that time came (with numerous again left on his voice mail) and went, with no word from Daniel Waite.
The nature of services to be provided by the Consultant to the Company may include the following:
(a) Create a Research report for client which will be distributed to accredited OTC/NASDAQ investors via telephone, direct mail & email.
(b) Our writing team will write strategic articles (6+) and release (2) PR’s to select financial and industry related journalists, electronic media and traditional media, over 10,000 of them monthly.
Also submitted to all major publications (The Street, WSJ, Motley Fool, Barron’s, USA Today etc. etc.)
(c) Targeted updates are sent out over thousands of tip sheets and newsletters, and through private and public forums and directly to various company management for firms who might become partners of investors. Also the company logo and headlines are shown on times square, and in the trading pits.
(d) Telemarketing campaign to fund managers accredited OTC & NASDAQ retail investors and current shareholders. (2 Telemarketers) (300-500 calls daily per telemarketer)
(e) Direct mail campaign to accredited OTC & NASDAQ investors (20,000) (monthly)
(f) Social media marketing campaign (LinkedIn, twitter, Facebook and other social media sites)
(g) Post on investor boards (Investors hub, Yahoo finance, the Lion, fly on the wall)
