Sounds like the exact same message I received today from phone number 803-658-8314 out of South Carolina!

Same story here yesterday in St Louis Missouri, only "Roger's" number showed as a Springfield MO number which is nearly a 4 hour drive SW of here.

Was it 417-204-4599, ext 304?  Same call I received!

I received a call from Roger from Reliable Info.  It was somewhat garbled, but it was threatening in nature.  They said do not disregard!  The return number they gave was 440-221-6155 ext 304.  That number is local to me and is just an innocent person at a private residence.

I got a phone call from Roger in the Springfield MO area from 918-481-2150.  Said to call 417-218-0488 x 304.
