Received a phone call from this number. No voice message left.

Have gotten 4 calls from this number even though I am listed on the do not call.  Its some type of electrical utility sales/scam.  In addition to violating the do not call, they do not even keep track of who they have called.  In the last week, I have gotten 4 calls, 3 of them on the same day.

Called and when I answered, no one responded.  I assume it is an automated dialing system based on the CID.  Number is now blocked.
