We got a postcard in the mail stating we had a "BOXED DELIVERY ON HOLD". When I called them, they state they deliver for 12 different companies and he looked up the “code” number that’s listed under our address and he said that “Crystal Clear Concepts” was trying to deliver us a welcome package since we’re new to the neighborhood!!!! Told him that’s OK, we’re fine without it. Very chatty and overly "fake-friendly." (Have lived in the neighborhood for over 20 years.)
