The guy was a real jerk. When I told him my husband wasn't available and what it was regarding, he stated he only wanted to deal with one person. I told him if he didn't tell me what it was about, I wouldn't have my husband return his call. He said it was the Big Lake project. When I asked what city that was in, he said Charles. I said I didn't know where that was, what state - he said Louisiana. I asked him if he realized that we are located in Canada. He said "I get that all the time, of course, I know you are in Canada. Look, if you aren't interested, there are lots of companies in your community" Little does he know, our community consists of a very small rural population. Dork! I hung up on him.
A jerk named Howard called in regards to talking to the owner. As company policy I am to ask the name of the person calling, where from and what it is in regards to. He proceeded to demand the owner on the phone and was being very rude and ignorant. I mentioned it was my job to ask and he went off on me saying that they wouldn't do business again with us and that it was 4 o'clock there and he didn't have time for this. I ended up hanging up on him. Thank goodness he wasn't standing in front of me or I was able to drive to his office!
