I get two phone calls from this number a day. And no answer its just quiet...

This phone number has called me 4 times thus far today. Whenever I answer, there's silence for about 5 seconds, then a beep, then more silence.

Another telemarketer using robodialers.  Does not leave a message and if you pick up, there is a delay while the robodialer connects you to a human being.

I have suddenly been inundated with these calls, literally every half hour.

Got two today. Selling Obamacare insurance.
