FYI...I called them back...it's Sirrius XM.  If you have ever had an account with them and cancelled or put it on hold, they are going to call you to get you to reconnect.  You can demand to be put on a "no call status"...your account is flagged and they won't call you again with solicitations.

Xm satelite radio.  if ever you cancel or allow your satellite radio subscription to expire, they will start calling you non stop

If you have an iphone, just set the number to blocked and they will never reach you from that number again.
