Calls and leaves no message. There are posts from others saying it's a solicitor for auto insurance. I am on the no call list. When I tried to call them back to demand they remove my number, the line hangs up the call.
Margie cold called my cell phone to say she wanted to save me money on my auto insurance. When I suggested an activity she could perform rather than bother people with cold calls she threatened to report me to the police for being a pervert. I laughed until she hung up on me.
