We were gone for three days and had 30 calls for 972-362-9726. We usually get five to seven calls a day.
We call the number and get a message that we are trying to change the message and if we need any
assistance... then it goes to busy signal. Ten calls a day is way over the top. How do you stop these
calls?
I get multiple calls a day, many times several within an hour. This has been going on for a couple of months. I get the same silence and hang ups when answering.
Caller stated she was from the VA Mortgage Department, stating that her company had sent a package of information about options available for my VA loan. They did not hear back from me, so they were following up with a phone call. She was very cautious not to say that she worked with the VA; only that "the VA wanted to ensure that veterans knew their options." When informed that I did not do business with companies that solicited my financial information over the phone, she hung up.
