caller was very rude to my 12 year old

caller lied about who he was, and said it was about some medical information that needed to be delivered.  would not tell me what kind and then asked for address. the trouble is the person to whom he asked has passed away and he did not give me a name for the company. the phone number showed up  on my caller id.

Said they were from publishers sweepstates. Asked me what my career was. I told them homemaker and they hung up
