I have been getting calls from 972-378-3533 for the past four days, about 5 times a day. When I call back, it appears as Capital One Auto Finance- gosh, i wish they'd stop. they have the wrong person!
They call my cell phone every hour, all numbers posted. I'm at work and boss thinks I'm on the phone all day. I can't turn it off in case of a family emergency or a Mary Kay order coming in.

Capital One Auto, makes sense. We are late on car payment, but not that late. It's an auto dialer system I think. If you answer it, I think it at least stops the calling for the rest of the day at least.
If you don't have Capital One Auto Finance, you should pick it up to be removed from their dialing system. I know why they are calling me, unfortunatly.
This is CAPITAL ONE AUTO FINANCE in Dallas, Texas. They start calling the first day into your 15 day "grace period" on your auto loan and if you don't answer, their computer redials every 50 minutes from 8 am to 9 pm local time until you answer. Even when you make arrangments to pay before your 15 day "grace period" expires, they will continue to call daily until they receive your payment.
