Concerned!!!!
I too found this add online over the weekend looking for a Samoyed puppy for my children for Christmas. I contacted the phone number and it is the same number and email you have, he gives a sad story about his wife passing away and he dose not have time for the puppies. He told me the puppies were free it was $300.00 for one or $ 500.00 for two just send him the money for the courier and you too can have a puppy show up  on your door step.He is still emailing me and texting me after I told him he was scamming my family and I was not falling for it and shame on him for lying to children. I also found another site with a woman with the same emails that he was sending out and the same story with also the same pics of the puppies. Her price was $ 400.00 for one and $ 500.00 for two. I told her that she sounded just like this Mr. Wilson and she got very rude in her text messaging demanding I give her his information and demanding in several texts I do as she says and send her the money now.  I reported it to the police and the Attorney Generals Office.  Her name and info is: Alishia Merlin, email [email protected] , phone: 515-523-7333. The gentleman is fabrigaz Wilson, email: [email protected], phone: 972-379-8782.  Its very sad that people do these things and can lie to family's and take advantage.  I hope they are caught before someone falls for their story and sends them money. 12-15-2013

Not fooled in Louisiana
We also called and e-mailed.  When we received the text response, they asked us to e-mail.  We e-mailed, and they gave us the same sob story.  Something just didn't add up.  The location on the website was different from the location in which he had moved to and the phone area code did not match either location.  He also tried to use good grammar, using words like "shall", yet misspelled several words, such as were for where.  We didn't feel right about it, so we responded saying we had already purchased a dog and was no longer interested.  He replied very rudely, "idiot."  Well we may be an "idiot" but we certainly aren't STUPID!! Don't be fooled by the one who is truly the idiot trying to scam innocent people!  Blessings.

almost fooled
I found this person on an ad for a kitten i was interested in, the emails seemed normal and informative at first. It was until i started asking different questions that the vibe of the emails changed. Turned from a caring kitten owner whose job was too demanding to take care of them anymore, to something like "okay give send the money now", and the text messages even worse, almost as if i was texting someone who spoke broken english. I searched the email [email protected] and found other experiences similar to mine. Don't be fooled, this guy is a scammer and a con artist.
