I received a call from "Victor". He sounded like he had an Asian dialect. I had a hard time hearing him as most of the time his voice was fading in and out of the conversation. Similar to Hermes, he told me he was from Google IT and that he got an alert that my computer was having problems interfacing with their operating system a few weeks earlier and that he could fix them. Since I have not been on my computer for about a month, I decided to try to listen to what he had to say. He wanted me to log-on to Google. I told him I was not near my computer and that he would have call back on Wednesday at 7 pm. I hung up. Three hours later he called and talked to me like we had never spoken before. Again, I said call back Wednesday at 7 pm. He confirmed by saying "7 pm on Wed Nes Day". He couldn't say it correctly no matter how hard he tried. He called three times later over a course of 2 days. I asked him if he was "blonde". He got angry and yelled at me that if I did not log on to Google that my operating system was going to crash and that I would be calling him back later to fix the crash. I asked him if he was a "hacker" and a "snarfer". He started yelling at me and hung up. Not very professional if he truly was from Google IT!
Just received a call from this number supposedly being a Microsoft representative saying my computer was sending error messages. Lots of background noise and it was a foreign man. I too tried calling back and got a disconnect recording. Do not do anything this number tells you to do!!!!!
