1st class is far from the truth. These guys have no set pricing so how ever much the Tech(sales person) sales you the part or system is how he gets paid . The higher the COST TO YOU the more the Tech (sales person ) gets paid .They do not like fixing anything . Their goal is to sell you a new system for as much as they can . Weather you need it or not . Google anything they try and sell you and if you look hard enough, you can find gemaire and know what they pay . There is nothing wrong with making a profit but these guys are crooks.
