card got charged 11.45 and i called the bank... they said it was from computer accessories...and insisted that i must have bought something that i didn't remember buying.....cancelled card
I asked who i could report this too and the lady had nooooooo idea and I would have to call back to file another report to dispute this charge.
Charged my debit card $12.74, and I hadn't even been online during the week that this purchase was made (or anywhere near Texas). My CU suggested canceling the card, which I did, and helped me fill out forms to dispute the charge.
972-408-3584 did not call me, on 1/27/14 they submitted a charge of $23.92 to my bank account. The automated system from the Visa Fraud Alert department called my cell to verify that I made that charge (along with 3 others that I did make) but I disputed the $23.92 charge from OO Accessories and the Visa Fraud Dept. put a block on my debit card. I got a new card and will have to fill out bank paperwork to get reimbursed for the $23.92 which is a bit of a hassle -I just praise the Lord that it wasn't for any more than the $23.92- could have had disasterous effects if it was for $2392.00. That's the thing, I think unscroupulous companies like this charge amounts under $25 thinking people won't catch it. I also thank the Lord that Visa is on their game and that I am one that reviews my online bank account daily so I "see" and "watch" ALL charges! It is your money so be vigilant. You don't want to wonder "where did my money go?"
