They keep calling and say nothing. When I call back number never rings.

I picked up the phone, I heard that "dead silence" you hear on calls like this, said "Hello".  Woman said "Hello Joseph", and I could hear other activity behind her, and it felt wrong, so I hung up.  Caller ID said "Mark Williams".
