Are they supposed to hire a clairvoyant to somehow glean those numbers? Since you are not on the list you are now getting calls from everyone. The legitimate companies are allowed to call you, and the criminals who never ever obey the law.
I've seen nothing in the DNC that say's they can't call on Sunday's. Perhaps you can find this and post a link here for it? So - your getting hammered by legitimate business's and also the scammers as well as foreign country's scammers & illegal callers!
