Been using this company for a long time. This number is for NCH/Certified labs/Chemsearch/Mantek (All sister companies). If you tell the reps to stop calling, in a polite manner they will stop calling, it's actually a rule of theirs. You can't just pick up the phone, scream "stop calling" once then expect them to understand why. Their purpose is to understand what happened out in the field, and fix it if it was wrong. They can't do anything with your account without a reasonable excuse but, if you give them one, they'll delete your account and leave you alone. They don't want to waste their time either.
Just a tid bit of advice, the nicer you are, the nicer they are and they're just trying to eat like the rest of us.
Received call from this number, when I answered I got several beeps and no human responded. I hung up. Now, they are calling every 2-5 minutes with the same beeping sound and no one on the other end. Haven't answered again!
Very pushy salesman, but had he had his facts straight he would have been very convincing as far as being put right through to the owner or given his cell phone #. We are a small family business & I happen to be the owners daughter, it's a little harder to convince me that he told you to call him on my direct line!!!
These people don't know how to take no for an answer, i tell them i had to lay off 30 people and they still want to try to sell me something. They tried to send me 5 cases of things for free and if i use them then they would charge me. I did not fall for that one. They try me once a month as least and try to switch sales people to act like they never talked to me before. We all have to make a living but WTF!!!
