Well this was a human who made the effort to push the right button to talk to a human.  She was pitching health insurance for my company,  But she stated her name, company first and merely asked if she could have some time to discuss it.   I'm marking as a telemarketer but she played by the rules and gave me no reason to think she was scamming me.
