answering machine picked up, a woman said "This is Donna how are you today?" and hung up when there was no answer.  Caller ID says NTL Security.

just another ILLEGAL scammer ignoring telemarketing laws & trying to sell Medicare coverage

many numbers used by this illegal scammer- mine just showed "out of area", but recording was the same: This is Donna.  How are you today?"  Then if you don't reply as they want, it disconnects.  Can't block "out of area" calls...

They called my landline at 3:09 PM. caller ID listed it as National Security. No message left. looked up and several complaints of this being a scammer number for lots of various products. Be warned and do not answer!
