Same happened with me as others. Cell phone rang for half a ring then a voice mail showed up. According to a google search there are many ways this is done. When is the FCC going to take these spam call seriously?
This is a weird one. My cell phone did not ring and there was no number on my caller ID, but a message was left on my voicemail to call 847-423-0080 today to get a reduction in my electric bill. Obviously a scammer. I have no clue how they got into my voicemail without my phone ringing. I had not been on another call. By pressing 5 in voicemail, I was given 972-453-1499 as the calling number. This happened on both my cell phones. These people are really getting creative.
same as above left a VM said he was Bill wanted a copy of my electric bill and could lower it but I had to call back today. Weird odd call. I blocked it. call from grapevine TX
