Who called from 9724637189

I received a call from a woman  with caller ID 972-463-7189 at Rowlett, Texas.  She spoke broken English and was difficult to understand.  The gist of her presentation was that they are going to be on my street (a favorite opening pitch of various sales calls) to which I asked her how that affected me. She then spoke even faster than earlier and when I tried to get her to slow down, she hung up.

Two calls from them yesterday.  Reported them all to the FTC.

(972) 463-7189 called twice past hour, says nothing and then hangs up.

"Kenny Woods" offering "free roof inspections." Am on DNC.

These robo-clowns have been calling 2-3 times a day for over a week now.  N0M0 blocks it each time.
