Call from Brian Willer from JCR & Associates asking for someone I've never heard of saying that a summons is issued and can be served at her place of home or business. If she wants to settle she should call him back today at 844-365-7911. ARRGHH!!
Legal Offices of JCR & Associates left a threatening voicemail message yesterday, with a minimum of 4 violations of the FDCPA. This company should be called "Illegal Offices of JCR & Associates". DO NOT PAY Them! They are attempting to collect debt illegally!
Call for someone I've never heard of from Brandon Payne of PLI & Associates regarding multiple infractions. To avoid being served at the residence or place of business, the person would need to call back by 7 PM this evening to "settle" the matter. Left a toll-free number - 888-587-7404. This isn't the first time I've gotten a call from this number, and it's really getting aggravating!
