A shame most teachers are not very bright. Do you actually think:
1. They would care
2. They even know about this site, much less - read it
3. Someone as unethical as cold-calling/harassing would acknowledge your displeasure ?
Local area code so my sis answered. Asked who it was she just said some regular name, like it was someone we knew. When asked to take a message, she hung up. Rude!! Call was like 8:30 pm
I can't believe people think these recordings are real. The number called my landline. I answered. No response. Called the number back. Brief hold with a message saying, your call is very important to us, please hold etc. "Sarah Jordan" answers the phone. It's so clearly a recording it makes me sad for the intelligence of humanity. I asked to speak to a real person and it goes, "Of course I am a real person." Then went on some bit about lowering mortgage rates blah blah blah. I said, "This is a scam. Whomever is listening, how do you live with yourselves? How do you sleep at night?" They ended the call. So I've been blowing them up for the last ten minutes of my spare time; tit for tat. Always the same recording answering. I don't know what they're after, but I am SICK of these phone scammers. I get more BS calls during the day than people who are actually in need of reaching me.
