I received the same letter.... taking it to the police, as it's possibly some sort of scam... look up the other posts for this number, people keep getting calls from it. My letter wasn't sealed, just the flap tucked inside. Also, they didn't use my correct name.
I have received multiple calls from a different phone number in Texas but the last four messages have all been from Larry Wright who identifies himself as being with Horizon Mediation. Had the nerve to call and leave a "urgent" messagte on my direct line at work and then another "urgent" message on our receptionist's voicemail. Today I got another message on my cell phone. He states that this is a "courtesy" call. I have Googled the company and phone numbers and the only Horizon Mediaton listed is in Alaska and the phone numbers that they leave come from Texas and everything on Google points to a scam. Wish they would stop calling!
Called saying i owe about a payday loan, asked for company website and was told a manager will call me back since she did not know the website. New my whole ss number, so going to report them and involve the police
