Not a scam. I didn't recognize it, so didn't answer...while I was looking it up here, they left a message. It was from USMD to schedule a specialist appointment that my Dr. had referred for me.
Scheduling service for medical referral appointment. Diction and accent of caller made the message difficult for me to understand, even after listening several times. Seems like speaking clearly and using standard USA English would be a requirement for call center work.
