They called me today and didn't leave a message. The callerID on their number says "BusinessUpdate" which I consider to be particularly vague. No thanks. Won't be answering.
Apparently the way it works is that when you answer their switch quickly dials the call center and attempts to connect you to a live person at their call center. Our customers received a total 0f 15 calls in July 2014 but we never talked to any caller for more than a second or two - evidently did not want to leave message with us. These people are almost certainly connect to the call centers than have ANI Names of SUPPORTDEP and SYMMETRY OCEAN - Caller IDs are just a few numbers apart.
