I just received a voicemail from this number stating "just to inform you the internal revenue service has issued an arrest warrant against you and within 1 hour will be at your house. Your physical property is under state investigation and it is very important for you before we issue the arrest warrant or any legal prosecution we hear from you with your code."
Did not answer. Voicemail was hard to understand but said they were calling from the state (not which state) and to call them back about a warrant for my arrest.
This is a scam number they tried to say they were the IRS. Man was immediately aggressive so I told him I would call the 1 800 number for IRS and he immediately got more aggressive. The IRS disavows knowing the number or people involved and have logged it as a scam avoid this number.
