I received a call from this company today also saying I have 2 pending allegations in the city of Dallas against me and if I don't respond in 2 days with restitution they will send a letter to my work for payment. There is a civil complaint against me...can you let me know how your issue turned out? I haven't called them back yet as I don't know what it could be honestly but needless to say I don't get calls like this everyday and they do have my name, number, etc.
i got the call today form this same number I was told that I would or do have a summons delivered to my work and that I had check fraud and bank fraud ect wth I don't even have cks so I know this is a scam and I have gotten calls and threats from others who have called me and said they are officer so and so and when I confront them they hang up on me and tell me they don't have to prove anything to me report them don't give into them they are scammers
I just received a call from a gentlemen claiming name is Andy Johnson with the Clark County court system. They are going to serve me with papers. I need to have 2 forms of ID ready and he will be accompanied by a uniform officer. Told me to contact the plantiff before tomorrow. otherwise he will be serving me papers. number he gave was 972-532-0087.
I too just received a call from 972 532 0087. A lady named Michelle Wilson said I owe a debt and I am going to be served a summons for court from an officer and to have 2 forms of I.D. So that I may sign off on the summons ( huh???? ) and also they will bring copy of the summons to my supervisor to let them know of the nature of the charges since it is a sensitive nature. (Lol!! ) or I need to call the 972 phone number before tomorrow to pay the debt.
They are scammers and will not get a penny from me!
This is not the first time I have been harassed by a illegit company.

The last time this happened I switched and harrass them instead. I called the business back every couple of minutes asking for their supervisor etc. they would get mad and just hang up and I would just call right back. Too bad we cant all call them back at the same time and make their switchboard go down!!!! :)
