They are associated with TXU electric. I got the call this morning and they hung up. My daughter kept getting calls from them a few weeks ago and when she called back they wanted her to renew her electric service. She told them her contract wasn't up for 2 more months and quit calling. It shows up as EFH on caller I.D.
