Call from Irving, TX yesterday and this morning. I didn't answer. I called number back and it says it's TXU.
For English press 1,... for foreigners press 2. ;)
I've used TXU for several years so I'm not sure why they're cold calling.
This is TXU. Just spent 15 minutes of my life on the phone with a supervisor. The initial agent that answered the call requested my date of birth to identify my account. There's no way in I'm giving my DOB to a stranger. I've been a customer of TXU since 1983 and NEVER have been asked my date of birth. The supervisor apologized profusely and then identified me with just my phone number (as has been the case for 33 years. Seems the automated system was calling me and she explained there's a glitch in the system that sometimes doesn't leave a message though it's suppose to.......so it's not necessary TXU calling to ask you back if you left. I'd answer the call or call TXU and make sure all's well with your account otherwise you may be sitting in the dark soon, LOL!
