Constantly receiving calls from 972-540-6667(Eldorado & Hardin Lane) McKinney, Texas & these are pre-recorded calls from Walgreens Pharmacy informing me that my prescriptions are ready! The problem is that I have never done any business with that particular Walgreens Store location! I have called this number back several times to find out what is going on & the pharmacy staff member seems to have a lot of my personal information including all medications as well as insurance but does not have my actual name on the account instead there is someone else's name! To make matters worse, I have been receiving calls from someone named Yasmine who is claiming to be the nurse from my personal physician's clinic & this witch is worse than verbally nasty & has even made terroristic threats to cause harm. Then I begin receiving calls from someone named Tobi who is suppose to be with Walgreens & she makes all sorts of sweet promises considering I have had such a difficult experience with Walgreens. I do know for a fact that there is no "Yasmine" at my personal physician's clinic considering there's 2 doctors with 4 nurses & I have been a patient for 10 years! Yasmine works at Walgreens(University & Redbud) in McKinney, Texas. Yasmine is a black female & has a Nigerian/African accent. Tobi is a white female with dark hair & works at the same location. Walgreens Pharmacy staff customer service has really gone down the [***]! Walgreens employees are not only rude which is actually an understatement but they are cut-throats in every way! They intentionally lie to the customers! I have not only blocked the numbers from calling but have closed/canceled my subscription to Walgreens Email & Text Alerts! I have also received a bogus/fraudulent certified letter but I bet the person who sent the letter doesn't realize that there is a tracking number that does expose the identity of the sender!!! Needless to say, The sender is not the same person whose name is on the letter or return address label!!! People must not forget, There are Security Cameras all over the Post Offices as well as the outside Drop Boxes!!!
