I found this message about this company on another number.
This company is named, "Formulated Dental" and the shark on the other end called our place of business attempting to solicit *individual* dental insurance for $15/month. When I explained to the woman, who called herself Shannon Roberson, that she needed to talk to HR, she turned nasty and said she wanted to off ME individual insurance (speaking to me as if I didn't understand). I understood perfectly, but refused to answer any personal questions or give her further information. I immediately hung up on her after this.

They managed to engage me long enough to get out the first sentence of their telemarketing pitch. Hung up, blocked their number in Google Voice and am reporting them as spammers. Remember to block and to report - since there are now slimy services telemarketers can hire to go around and delete spammer reports like this, we have to re-report numbers after they sanitize themselves.
