BEWARE, Employees at this Sprint location will intentionally rip you off & you will be fighting with Sprint over the Bogus charges! April 2015 & upgraded mobile device & purchased 2 Otterbox cases as well as had phone number changed. Paid for all of this out of pocket at the store counter! To my surprise the store representative Josh Hendrick(
[email protected]) posted a charge to our Sprint Account adding up to more than $500.00 for Device & Accessories! So far Sprint has not removed this bogus charge from our account even though we called & Sprint "Promised" it was "Deleted" Now, Another issue. Within an hour & 45 mins after activating new number I began receiving the very same harassing phone calls & text messages(Not telemarketing)! No one had my new number yet except myself & Sprint! By changing my number has proven to me that those particular calls & text messages are coming from someone associated with Sprint! Sprint has been in Trouble with the Federal Government several times & are in fact involved with another Investigation. Sprint is just one issue after another!!!
